Event Description:
One of our origination partners experienced a major network or hardware failure this afternoon. We can see that this has been resolved, as of 1815h PST this evening.
Toll-free numbers and numbers not originating through this provider continued to operate normally, as we use multiple inbound sources of origination.
All outbound calling continued to proceed normally, as we use multiple outbound termination partners in order to provide redundancy.
We are awaiting a full report on the issue from our vendor and will post it on our network alerts page when we do receive it.
