IMPACT OF EVENT: All ADSL connectivity unavailable; voice and data services currently offline.



Event Description:


At 11:45am, our ADSL partner's network went offline.  Any client subscribing to our ADSL services currently has no connectivity over these uplinks.  Therefore, any onsite equipment relying on our ADSL to connect the client site to our infrastructure will be offline.


Our core infrastructure remains operating as usual; all hosted and CloudPBX services continue as normal.  In these cases, your phones will be offline, but the system is still taking calls for you, and will be taking voicemail as per usual.


We are awaiting an update from the ADSL team - they are working on the issue but there is currently no estimated time of resolution.  We will update this list as the issue moves toward a resolution.


We can forward your inbound calls to external numbers.  If your phones are down and you would like forwarding set up (we can do this on a per-number or per-extension basis), please contact support@telephonic.ca.
